For all products ordered at webshop.biocomag.ch, the following shipping information applies.

Orders are dispatched by a licensed courier service.
 

Shipping address
Within a country, the shipping address can differ from the billing address. The shipping address should the one where the recipient is most likely to be at the expected time of delivery. The shipping address cannot be modified after placing the order!

Services of the deliverer

SMS service
The courier company will notify the customer of the time of delivery by SMS, if this service was requested when placing the order. Otherwise, the courier company does not notify you by SMS of the exact time of delivery. If you did not order "pre-notification", we recommend that you provide an address on which you are available that is available during workdays.

E-mail notification

On the day before delivery, the carrier company will send an e-mail about the departure of the package indicating the package number and its value. Only in Hungary, if for any reason the courier cannot find you at the given address, they will leave a notice on site and will try again once more within two working days following your notification at an agreed time. This does not entail additional costs. Packages that have not been delivered within the specified deadline will be handled by the courier service as repurchase. It will be delivered again, with additional costs which will be charged to the customer.

Shipment method - deadline
In case of purchase via bank card or payment on delivery, the package will be delivered within 4-5 working days to the specified shipping address. The delivery deadline is only valid if the customer is available on the indicated delivery date at the provided shipping address.

Receiving the package
The ordered product(s) can be received by the registered customer or his/her authorized representative.
Payment of the ordered products based on the shipping address can be payment on delivery, and/or via bank card.

Hungarian address:

- payment on delivery – the price is paid at delivery to the courier in HUF

Romanian address:

- payment on delivery – the price is paid at delivery to the courier in the country’s own currency (RON)

Slovakian address:

- payment on delivery – the price is paid at delivery to the courier in the country’s own currency (EUR)

- Bank card – the price is paid at order via CIB Bank’s secure payment system website

Other addresses:

- Bank card – the price is paid at order via CIB Bank’s secure payment system website. After placing an order at the web shop, our firm produces a proforma invoice, which will be sent to the customer by e-mail.

The order will be processed after the proforma invoice is settled.
Customers have to pay VAT and a customs fee, depending on the value of the shipment – these charges are incorporated into the proforma invoice, which is paid by the customer when settling the invoice.

Customs
Due to the third country origin of some products in the BIOCOM web shop, for these products, customers are obligated to send the products thorough customs as a private person and pay the public debt determined by the national customs authorities, according to the European Union customs regulations.

Hungary
When the first order arrives, Focus-Customs Kft. will contact the recipient of the invoice, and with the permanent customs clearance commission received from him, will issue the necessary customs documents and carry out the customs clearance of the package for free circulation. No further customs clearance commission are required for further orders.

Romania and Slovakia
When the first order arrives, Focus-Customs Kft. will contact the recipient of the invoice, and with the permanent customs clearance commission received from him, will issue the necessary customs documents and carry out the customs clearance of the package for free circulation. No further customs clearance commission are required for further orders.

Right of withdrawal/refound

If products are subject to private import under the laws of the customer’s country, we consider the ordered products as individual production at the customer's request, in which case the buyer's right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
