Shopping Guide
To make a purchase, a valid BIOCOM membership is required.

After logging in, select the product(s) you want and add them to your cart. You can choose products by category or view all products at once by selecting “All Products”. If you cannot find the desired item, use the product search function.
Once you have finished shopping, click the CART button.
Here, you can review the products you are about to purchase in summary form. If you find any discrepancies, you can change the quantity by editing the number and clicking on the modify button, or you can remove an unwanted product by clicking the delete button.
Clicking the Next button will take you to the shipping information page.
If you want the order shipped to the address you previously
entered in the system, choose “My shipping address”. Alternatively, you can
select the second option to enter a completely different shipping address.
Please note that shipping is only available within the billing country.
Under contact information, fill in your details. Choose the desired service and
click the Next button.
On the following page, you can choose between Cash on
Delivery or Credit Card payment options.
You will then reach a summary page where you can review your entire order and
its details again. Please make sure to do this carefully to avoid any issues
later. Accept the shipping information, then click the Place Order
button.
After a few seconds, you will receive a message confirming your order. If, for any reason, you do not receive this confirmation, you can check the status of your order under the Previous Orders menu.
